Just like any other host cities of the Olympics games, the city of Tokyo has been changing dramatically in the past years, all plans aiming at July 24, 2020 — the day for the opening ceremony of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics game. But as the year has started, the entire world has changed drastically due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Olympics was postponed (and can be cancelled). And all the historical buildings and shops disappeared in vain. Tokyo 2020 is a symbol of the lost world.
